Senior Marketing Executive (Health / Beauty)

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the Product Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market expansion.

· Develop and implement ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

· Assist in new product launches, including promotional planning and cross-functional coordination.

· Organize and execute in-store promotions, joint promotions, PR and media events.

· Formulate and manage digital marketing initiatives (website, social media, SEO, SEM).

· Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).

· Develop marketing content and handle copywriting.

· Coordinate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external partners.

· Support key account activities in collaboration with the sales team.

· Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

· 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.

· Experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.

· Strong project management and communication skills.

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.

· Experience working with KOLs is an advantage.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
