* Have experience in sea food/sea cucumber/materials wholesale, and know the peers in Sheung Wan/Western District/Kowloon

* Existing resources such as restaurants, food stalls, wholesalers, and regular customers

* Understand the knowledge, grades, and market price of sea cucumber, abalone, cordyceps, and flower jelly

* Language: Fluent Cantonese (required), good Mandarin; English can be used for simple communication

* Personality: Hard-working, patient, understanding of social etiquette, and not easily offended (the industry values this a lot)

3. Daily work

* Running the streets: Visiting hotels, restaurants, food shops, retailers, and fellow traders for supplies

* Commission: based on experience and ability, negotiable
