Project Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Familiar with security work, property management procedures
Conduct routine patrols of employees’ work locations to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with statutory and safety standards
Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Handle project data (e.g. if a new property is being prepared, arrange manpower, write employee shifts, handle onboarding and resignation matters, etc.)
Understand basic labor laws
Qualifications:
Have relevant experience in security and emergency management
Able to independently manage project planning work
Understand data processing and writing up a schedule
Team player
Educational requirements:
Second 5 or above
Have 1 to 3 years of work experience at the supervisor level, with good security knowledge
Mature, customer-oriented, independent, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good supervision and communication skills
Good Cantonese and English
Understand how to use a computer, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and other Office application software
Applicants with valid security personnel license and QASRS certificate will be given priority
Preference will be given to those with valid Hong Kong driving licenses (but not necessary)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 0900-1730
Saturday 0900-1300
Red Sun holiday
