<p><strong>Core responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>1. Engineering supervision</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead and coordinate external contractors or company colleagues to implement building control, communication lines and energy management system installation, testing and fault repair;</strong></li><li><strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>2. Equipment maintenance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Responsible for the above system on the construction site, including control wiring, current converters and electricity meter wiring such as cabinets and electrical boxes, etc. daily maintenance;</strong></li><li><strong>Handle emergency repairs (such as electricity meters and other equipment communication failures or replacements).</strong></li></ul><p><strong>3. Files and coordination</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Read construction drawings, prepare material lists and progress reports;</strong></li><li><strong>Coordinate with the owner, engineer and government departments (such as the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department) to coordinate the acceptance work.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Valid electrical engineering registration certificate (A license or above);</strong></li><li><strong>Construction safety training certificate/worker registration certificate</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>At least 2 years of electrical repair/installation experience, with at least 1 year as a supervisor;</strong></li><li><strong>Preference will be given to those with experience in land or building equipment</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Grade Three or above, holding a certificate/diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering (Hong Kong Professional Education College or equivalent academic qualifications).</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Able to understand simple/basic English technical terms, and familiar with the use of electrical testing instruments.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Double pay</strong></li><li><strong>Five days work, rotating shifts</strong></li><li><strong>Paid annual leave</strong></li><li><strong>Holiday and compassionate leave.</strong></li></ul>
