Job Responsibilities
Provide part-time and full-time dual-track development opportunities for local university students studying in Hong Kong, assist them in accumulating practical financial planning and management experience during their studies, and enhance their competitiveness in the job market
Receive systematized training, learn personal financial planning, insurance protection analysis, retirement planning, education fund design and asset allocation, etc. professional knowledge, gradually master the core skills required by licensed financial planning consultants
Provide professional advice on personal finance, insurance planning, and retirement solutions to customers, participating in requirement analysis, solution design, and document preparation throughout the process
Learn and familiarize yourself with the structure, terms and regulatory requirements of local financial products (including life insurance, unit-linked insurance, MPF referral and savings plans)
Receive systematized training and guidance from a mentor, gradually master the sales process, compliance rules and professional ethics according to your personal development rhythm
Assist in handling insurance application, document submission and follow-up processes according to the company's compliance guidelines, ensuring that the service meets the requirements of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) and the company's internal compliance requirements
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related sciences, with sincere interest and learning enthusiasm for the financial planning industry
Have good/basic Mandarin/Cantonese and English skills, be able to clearly express and understand customer needs and business document content
Have basic computer skills and be willing to actively learn internal systems and digital tools
Honesty, trustworthiness, and strong sense of responsibility
*** Hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the non-local graduate Hong Kong / return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG) qualification, can legally full-time internship***
*** This company does not provide work permits for entry into Hong Kong, but we can provide work permit renewal for non-permanent residents who already have a work permit.
