Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional massage services to customers, including but not limited to traditional Chinese massage, Chinese tuina, deep tissue massage, etc., to relieve muscle fatigue and promote body relaxation.
Keep the working environment clean and hygienic, tidy up the massage bed, tools and supplies, and follow the sanitation management rules.
Establish good communication with customers, understand their physical discomfort or special requirements, and provide appropriate advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
Cooperate with the company to participate in internal training, skills improvement courses or promotional activities, and continuously strengthen professional skills and service standards.

Work requirements

Holds a valid related massage qualification certificate or professional training graduation certificate, those with regular Chinese medical massage or treatment technology background are given priority.
At least one year of practical experience in massage services or related fields, familiar with basic human anatomy and common muscle problems.
Force "hard-soft-stable" and "endurance".
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient to listen to customer needs and give professional responses.
Honesty and integrity, respect for customer privacy, compliance with professional ethics and institutional management systems.
