You will oversee the marketing innovation for our powerhouse media brands, including GirlStyle, Baby-Kingdom, and HolidaySmart . Your goal is to move beyond digital impressions and build real-world influence.
What You’ll Drive (The "Human" Innovation)
Brand Evolution: Lead the "Special Projects" that define our brands, such as the GSVIP program, launching new content channels, and pioneering the next "must-follow" vertical.
Community Alchemy: Turn followers into fans. You will own the strategy for our VIP Groups and community engagement, creating spaces where our audience feels a genuine sense of belonging.
Experiential Marketing: Design and execute high-impact events and "happenings." From pop-up experiences to large-scale community offline events, you create the moments that AI can't "close the loop" on.
Strategic Crossovers: Broker and execute creative "Crossover Campaigns" between our media brands and top-tier merchants. You are the bridge that connects our audience with brands in ways that feel organic and exciting.
Client Vision: Partner with our major clients to co-create integrated campaigns that blend our AI-driven data with your "Human-First" creative strategy.
