Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and leading the team to carry out professional installation of hospital rubber floor mats, ensuring that the project is completed on time
Execute the measurement, cutting, laying, seam treatment and edge trimming of the rubber floor mat
Supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with hospital environmental hygiene and safety standards
Coordinate and communicate with the hospital, engineering unit or contractor, and handle on-site related matters

Work requirements

Have years of experience in installing rubber floor mats or similar types of floor materials, those with hospital or medical facility construction experience are preferred
Leadership skills, able to effectively manage and guide installation teams, and improve overall work efficiency
Familiar with the characteristics of rubber floor mats, construction tools and adhesive application technology
Pay attention to details, have a good sense of space and fine craftsmanship, and be able to handle complex area construction
Punctual and professional, with a sense of responsibility, and able to cooperate with hospital work schedules to advance construction progress
