Duties:
l Responsible for bank public customers' expansion, development and marketing, actively maintain customer relationships, and achieve the bank's financial and non-financial indicators;
l Closely monitor customer needs, timely grasp market dynamics, and provide professional and quality corporate financing services to customers;
l Strictly follow the supervision system and business process to do customer due diligence, document preparation, risk assessment, report writing, etc.;
l Implement customers’ on-going and post-loan management, continuously monitor repayment status, and promptly identify and report risks;
Requirements:
l Bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance, financial management, etc. Economic professional priority;
l 5~8 years of experience in corporate customer business or micro-small customer marketing;
l Have strong market expansion capabilities and proactive marketing awareness, be good at communicating, and be able to properly resolve customer needs and maintain good customer relationships;
l Understand bank due diligence on corporate customers, credit approval process;
l Have basic knowledge of Hong Kong corporate bank services and cross-border financing, understand the cross-border customer business ecosystem and its financing needs
l Familiar with two scripts and three languages, Cantonese and Mandarin listening and speaking fluently;
l Passionate and confident about fintech and virtual banking, with strong stress resistance and entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
