System Support Specialist(Fresh graduated are welcome）

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in ERP System to resolve user inquiries and support tickets.
• Engage with users via email, Skype, and Helpdesk to provide top-notch assistance.
• Gather valuable feedback from users and relay it to the project team for continuous improvement.
• Test and demonstrate Odoo’s functionalities to ensure smooth operations.
• Create comprehensive documentation for support and user training.
• Take charge of setting up products, customers, and other essential elements.

Requirement:

Must-Haves:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in English.
• Good command of Cantonese speaking.
• Empathy, patience, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• No working experience required for ERP system/ IT Industry

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience with an ERP system.
• Familiarity with Odoo and its functionalities.
• Sociable and outgoing personality, fostering positive interactions.
• Experience in ticket-based support.
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools for screenshots and screen-clippings.
