You will be involved in the following types of projects:

Your daily work includes:
Business strategy formulation and execution: Lead PressLogic's overall advertising business development strategy, including market expansion, customer development, sales target setting and achievement, and ensure consistency with the company's overall business goals.
Strategic partnership
Solution development and promotion:Work closely with our senior sales team to understand customer needs and promote our comprehensive marketing solutions from online to offline, from content to AI technology.
Innovative business opportunity discovery: Actively explore cross-industry market new trends and new business opportunities, provide innovative and forward-looking solutions to different industry customers, and expand business map.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with internal content, media, design, technology and data teams to ensure the feasibility and execution quality of sales proposals, maximize customer value, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
AI and marketing technology integration application: Advocate and lead the team to apply MediaLens, ChatBooster, etc. AI tools and marketing technology products to improve sales efficiency, proposal quality and customer experience.
We hope you have the following qualities:
Have at least 5 years or more of work experience, with business development, sales or customer-related position experience. We especially welcome those with enterprise sales, event sales or solution sales experience to apply.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills: Have high-level proposal, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, and be able to successfully expand and win large customers from different industries.
Comprehensive marketing thinking: Have a deep understanding of content strategy, advertising operations, Mar-Tech application and marketing effectiveness, and be able to integrate these elements into highly influential solutions.
Results-oriented and goal achievement ability: Highly sensitive to sales numbers, with a strong sense of goal achievement, and able to continuously exceed targets in a rapidly changing environment.
Able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and communication and coordination skills.
Happy to learn and apply new tools, such as: data analysis platform, AIGC tools, CRM, automated Chat Commerce, etc.
