We are an award-winning digital marketing agency looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of how digital marketing agencies operate, and be able to execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified B2B leads.
This role works directly with the CEO, and requires someone who is proactive, independent, and able to coordinate with different teams to execute marketing campaigns and events effectively.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified B2B leads
Organize and coordinate O2O (online-to-offline) events and seminars to attract potential clients
Liaise with internal teams, partners and external stakeholders to successfully execute marketing events
Manage and update the company website, including content updates and landing pages
Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across different platforms
Work closely with the CEO on marketing strategies and growth initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Stay updated on the latest AI trends, marketing tools and digital technologies and explore ways to apply them in marketing operations
Handle enquiries from various channels, seek sales leads through enquiries.
Requirements / Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
Hands-on experience organizing O2O events or seminars
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
A pleasant and approachable personality, able to build relationships internally and externally
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns is a plus
Experience managing or updating company websites
Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
