Customer Manager Position

Duties include:

2. Introduce service product systems to corporate members and promote demand implementation

3. Coordinate with third-party professional institutions (legal/tax/logistics, etc.) to establish a service response mechanism, ensure service quality and timeliness

4. Coordinate business departments to organize training, activities and visits

6. Connect with government, industrial parks, overseas chambers of commerce, etc., and assist member enterprises in expanding their businesses

7. Establish good proactive communication and project management collaboration with member enterprises

8. Execute other tasks or temporary assignments assigned by the leader

Job Requirements

1. Work in Hong Kong

2. Finance, economics, business administration and related professional fields are preferred

3. Have experience in providing executive-level customer service to businesses, familiar with business customer service processes

4. Have cross-border and cross-professional resource integration capabilities, and be able to work independently under pressure

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Mandarin and English fluency (need to handle Chinese and English files simultaneously), with Cantonese communication skills being even better
