Financial Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the company's entire set of accounts, including income, expenses and asset management.
- Responsible for the refund process of the deposit, ensuring that the refund process complies with the company's policies and regulations.
- Follow up on financial matters related to unexpected maintenance, and coordinate with relevant departments for handling.
- Maintain the accuracy of financial system records, ensuring data integrity and real-time updates.
- Use Xero for financial data input, update and management.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software operations and applications.
- Have good communication skills, be able to coordinate and cooperate with internal departments and suppliers.
- Careful, responsible, and able to handle financial affairs independently.
- Have basic data analysis skills that can assist in financial reporting and budget preparation.
