Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

We're not looking for someone who likes to hide behind a desk.

We want someone who loves talking to people — the kind of person who can chat comfortably with a corporate CEO in the morning and crack a joke with a driver in the afternoon, all while keeping everything running smoothly.

If your friends say you're the one who always speaks up, keeps the group organised, and somehow knows how to handle any kind of person — we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the main point of contact for clients, handling bookings, last-minute changes, and special requests via system, WhatsApp, phone, and messages

• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to make sure every ride goes smoothly

• Update booking records and logs using our company systems (we'll train you on everything)

• Be the calm, friendly voice that keeps clients confident and drivers on track

Your Shift

• Shift (5 days/week, rotational days off)

• Shift hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Work location: LCK area (near MTR, details shared at interview)

What We're Actually Looking For

• You love talking — in person, on the phone, over chat, doesn't matter

• You're confident approaching anyone, including demanding or unfamiliar clients

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written); Putonghua is a bonus

• You stay calm under pressure and don't freeze when things go sideways

• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, typing in Chinese & English)

• No experience in transportation? That's totally fine. We'll teach you the industry. What we can't teach is personality — and that's what we're hiring for.

Minimum Qualification

• Form 5 / DSE or above
