1. High-frequency quantitative strategy research:

Requirements:

1. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, etc. related full-time bachelor's degree or above, able to read Chinese and English materials fluently, logical and clear, with good oral expression skills;

2. Have stock/futures high-frequency quantitative strategy development experience, those who have real-time operation experience are preferred;

3、Proficient in Python programming, C++ programming experience is preferred; AI-assisted programming, building Skills automation workflows, and LLM large model deployment experience are preferred;

4. Have a high level of enthusiasm for quantification, have patience and self-motivation to continuously optimize your work, have independent work skills and team spirit; 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and be aware of confidentiality and compliance.
