Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

1. Maintain signed customers through daily services and product training, instantly answer customer questions, and ensure high usage and activity rates for signed customers.

2. Regularly communicate with customers by phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to track customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to optimize product features and user experience.

3. Follow up on customer product usage, ensure customer satisfaction and product usage rate, and enhance institutional customer account activity based on company goals.

4. According to company goals, ensure completion of customer renewal rate, guide customer needs and assist customer managers in discovering secondary sales opportunities, and create new profit growth points for the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, finance, marketing, business management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

2. 1 to 5 years of internal sales or customer success experience in Hong Kong or foreign financial institutions, those with experience in funds, brokers, and fintech industries are preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills and empathy, allowing you to quickly understand customer needs and provide professional solutions.

4. Have data analysis skills, familiar with Excel, CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Funshion) and customer health degree analysis tools.

5. Results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and stress management skills.

6. Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration, able to efficiently coordinate resources to drive customer issue closed-loop.

7. Familiar with customer success methodology, have a systemic understanding of customer life cycle management.

• Base salary of 20,000–30,000 HKD, with no limit on commission
