Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Financial work:

  1. Organize financial statements according to company requirements, responsible for archiving and keeping them;

  2. Review expense reimbursement forms, verify invoices from various platforms or upstream/downstream partners;

  3. Responsible for company reports and tax declaration processing, following up on other tax-related matters.

II. Administrative/Business Work:

  1. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, modifying and archiving contracts, agreements, letters and other documents;

  2. Handle office daily management, including business registration data changes, certificate applications, annual inspections, etc. Administrative affairs;

  3. Execute daily administrative work, such as office supplies procurement, office renovation follow-up, etc.;

  4. Assist the superior in handling other business-related work.

Requirements:

  1. Hong Kong permanent residents;

  2. Have a certain amount of financial accounting knowledge and practical experience, those who have human resources administration or office management experience are preferred;

  3. Proficient in using Excel and other office software;

  4. Language skills: Cantonese, Mandarin, and if possible, English;

  5. Weekly attendance of at least 3 days
