Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-channel market growth strategy for the company's brands (such as Miso Travel and Tinglan Travel) in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Southeast Asia, covering brand building, user acquisition, conversion improvement and customer retention along the entire value chain.

  • Lead and mainstream travel and lifestyle platforms in deep cooperation, enhance brand exposure and order conversion efficiency through API direct connection, content co-creation, and traffic exchange.

  • Plan and execute large-scale integrated marketing projects, including "Hong Kong Smart Travel Festival", "Southeast Asian Cultural Theme Travel Live Series", and "Cross-border E-commerce + Travel Experience Fusion Promotion". Integrate online and offline resources to achieve product and effect integration.

  • Establish a data-driven user growth system, use Google Analytics, Adjust, Shencen, etc. tools to monitor user behavior, and continuously optimize payment promotion channels, natural traffic strategies and membership operation mechanism.

  • Responsible for the market promotion of travel AI technology services, launching product roadshows to travel agencies, custom tour operators, and retail stores, participating in industry summits, packaging successful cases, and pushing technical solution commercialization.

  • Lead the market operation of cross-border e-commerce for travel consumer goods, combining destination characteristics and user portraits, and promoting social e-commerce, live streaming and KOL/KOC cooperation.


Work requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Network Technology, Data Science, Media, Tourism Management or related professional background.

  • Have more than 8 years of market operation experience in the tourism, e-commerce or Internet industry, of which at least 5 years are focused on Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Southeast Asia or cross-border markets Strategy planning and execution.

  • Familiar with the operation rules and cooperation mode of travel OTA platforms, those who have actual experience in strategic cooperation with other travel platforms are preferred.

  • Have more than 5 people in the market team management experience, able to effectively lead the team to achieve business goals and promote members’ professional growth.
