Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them, deliver menus, clearly explain the daily recommended dishes and beverage choices, and provide friendly and efficient ordering service.
• Accurately receive and transmit customer orders to the kitchen and bar, and confirm the integrity and presentation quality of the dishes before serving.
• Assist with the checkout process, including verifying bills, accepting payments (cash or electronic), issuing receipts, and keeping the cash register area clean and accurate record of amounts.

Work requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Students and those entering the workforce for the first time are welcome to apply; those with basic Cantonese communication skills should be able to understand and express simple service language.
• Responsibility and team spirit, able to cooperate with shift arrangements (including lunch, dinner and holiday shifts), and able to cooperate with at least 2-3 shifts per week.
• Appearance is clean, attitude is polite, basic service awareness and stress resistance ability, and the ability to maintain stable service quality during busy hours.
• Agile movements, basic memory and observation skills, able to simultaneously attend to the service rhythm and detailed needs of multiple tables.
• Follow restaurant operating procedures and food safety basic rules, respect colleagues and customers, and obey reasonable work instructions from supervisors.
