Don't miss a job!</p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Administrative Assistant (outsourced contract) - hourly work, about 2-3 days per week (CPO-16109)<br><strong>Government departments:</strong> Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Leisure and Cultural Services Department Cultural Programmes Unit - Chinese Cultural Festival Working Group<br><strong>Contract period:</strong>About five months<strong>Employer:</strong> AR Solution Ltd.<br><strong>Salary:</strong>HKD 96 per hour<br><strong>Working location:</strong> 999 Kowloon - Tsim Sha Tsui - 10th floor of the administrative building - Cultural program<br><strong>Working hours:</strong>The provisional working hours are 2 days or 3 days a week from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (1:00 pm to 2:00 pm is unpaid lunch time)</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, edit and verify data, and then input it into the database system;</li><li>Organize existing data and assist in preparing reports;</li><li>Provide general office support;</li><li>Execute other duties as instructed by senior staff.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;</li><li>Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) with five subjects at Level 2 or equivalent academic qualifications; or<br>Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination (HKCEE) with five subjects at Level 2/E or equivalent academic qualifications;</li><li>Chinese and English language skills reach the level of HKDSEE or HKCEE;</li><li>Able to read and write Chinese and English fluently;</li><li>Familiarity with computer operations, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Chinese;</li><li>Applicants with previous office work experience will be given priority.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong> Click to apply?</strong></p><p><strong>Application method:</strong><br><strong>1.
