Air conditioning technology

• Responsible for inspecting and checking the central air conditioning room equipment in the Kowloon West District or border stations

• Monitor the temperature, pressure and related operating parameters of the control room and keep records

• Handling sudden failures and performing preliminary inspections and reporting

• According to the schedule, perform day or shift work

• Preference will be given to those with relevant air conditioning and ventilation system maintenance and repair experience

• Have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Able to work independently and have a good sense of responsibility

• Able to adapt to shift work and outdoor work environment

• Although holding a power license

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular inspection and check of the central air conditioning room equipment in the Kowloon West District or border stations

• Perform daily maintenance, inspection, and testing of the air conditioning system to ensure normal operation of the equipment

• Monitor the temperature, pressure and other relevant operating parameters in the control room, and make accurate records

• Handling sudden air conditioning system failures, conducting preliminary inspections and fault reports

• Execute daytime or shift tasks according to work arrangements, and cooperate with emergency maintenance needs
