Job Description
<p>Our client, a well-established insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their HR team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: -</strong></p><ul><li>Lead comprehensive HR strategies and influence HR practice across business units</li><li>Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and learning & development</li><li>Drive organizational development initiatives and workforce planning</li><li>Plan and monitor HR budget and expenses</li><li>Oversee the performance appraisal process and support leaders in setting KPIs and development plans</li><li>Develop, review, and implement HR policies and ensure comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements</li><li>Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects and reports</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: -</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field</li><li>With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial position, preferably in banking and finance industry</li><li>Provide experience in developing HR strategies and managing HR functions; strong knowledge of HK and Macau employment law is preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and people-oriented, with ability to build strong relationship with all levels of the Company</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)</li></ul>
