Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support for ATM and other financial self-service devices;

2. Formulate technical and service proposals for bidding projects, and assist the marketing team in managing and advancing sales initiatives;

3. Provide daily technical support and management for service agents;

4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including spare parts lists, service manuals, and related materials;

5. Collect and analyze service data, and formulate improvement plans based on statistical insights.

1. Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for financial self-service equipment, mainly ATMs;

2. Responsible for the technical and service solution of the bid, assist the marketing team in managing and promoting sales projects;

3. Responsible for the daily technical support and management of service agents;

4. Responsible for spare parts list, service manual, etc. various technical documents writing and management;

5. Responsible for collecting and statistics various service data, and formulating corresponding improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’sdegree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electron and optics;

2. Minimum 3years working experience in technical support or project management, with good performance record. Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred;

3. Ability to communicatewellin English is required andability to speak Mandarin will be a plus;

4. Knowledge on computer hardware, office applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;

5. Self motivated, passionate, and must be a fast learner. Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Familiar with the working principles of mechanics, electronics, etc.;

2. At least 3 years of technical support or project management experience, with good performance. Candidates with ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry experience are preferred;

3. Good English communication skills, able to speak Mandarin is preferred;

4. Familiar with computer hardware and office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;

5. Self-motivation, full of enthusiasm, and strong learning ability. Outgoing and positive personality, good team spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
