Teacher assistant (Full-time/internship)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the homeroom teacher in preparing teaching materials and classroom activities that meet the international curriculum system (such as IB, AP, etc.).
• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring to students, covering core subjects (math, science, language) and standardized test preparation support.
• Through evaluation and feedback to track students’ learning progress, and update academic records in a timely manner.
• Regularly communicate with parents about students’ performance and learning goals, and build good cooperative relationships.
• Guide students to improve time management, learning skills, and personal development abilities.
• Plan and coordinate extracurricular activities, competition projects, and cultural exchange programs.
• Collaborate with academic advisors to develop personalized learning plans.
• Organize education workshops, university fairs, and alumni networking activities.
• Maintain classroom teaching resources and ensure a safe, orderly and culturally diverse learning environment.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree (holders can consider internship positions).
• Have at least one year of education-related experience, those with international school or tutoring agency work background are preferred.
• Familiar with the teaching content and evaluation methods of international education systems (such as IB, AP, A-Level).
• Have good English communication skills, and those who master Mandarin, French or Spanish and other languages are an added bonus.
• Have good interpersonal interaction skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
• Able to adapt to different learning needs and flexible work time arrangements.
• Preference will be given to those with teaching qualifications (such as TEFL, PGCE) or course design experience.
• Preference will be given to those who understand the admission application process of world-class universities.
