Financial business representative

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting and selling various financial products and services, including insurance, investment management, credit schemes, etc., and assisting customers in formulating appropriate financial planning.

• Actively develop new customer resources, establish business contacts through telephone, face-to-face or market activities, and expand the customer base.

• Regularly follow up with existing customers, understand their changing financial needs, provide professional advice and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Accurately record customer data and transaction information to ensure that all business processes comply with the company's internal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in company-sponsored training and business meetings, continuously improve professional knowledge and sales skills, and achieve personal and team performance goals.

Work requirements

• Yearly 18 years old, with Hong Kong residency or legal work qualification, secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, financial and commercial background is preferred.

• Have a basic understanding of the financial industry, willing to learn about insurance, investment, tax planning, etc. related knowledge, and have good learning abilities.

• Responsibility and self-motivation, able to independently arrange work time, actively face challenges and pursue excellent performance.

• Those with valid Hong Kong driving licenses or good transportation and connection skills will be given priority, and they will need to occasionally go out to meet customers.
