Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily cleaning and disinfection of various areas within the institution (including rooms, corridors, bathrooms, public activity spaces, etc.), ensuring a clean and hygienic environment that meets the institution's infection control standards.

• Accompany the elderly or fellow residents to medical institutions for consultation, assist with registration, waiting, medication pick-up and return transportation, and pay attention to their physical condition and safety throughout the process.

• Regularly purchase daily operation supplies according to the needs of the institution, including cleaning supplies, daily necessities, dietary assistance products, etc., and properly verify the quantity, quality and invoice records.

• Assist in drug management processes, follow the instructions of nursing staff to the pharmacy or clinic to pick up prescription drugs, and accurately deliver them to the designated staff or store them in the designated medicine cabinet, strictly following the drug exchange procedure.

• Support the daily operations of the institution by providing flexible support for other temporary tasks, such as simple document processing, item handling, holiday decorations, and elderly activity assistant, etc.

Work requirements

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic reading and writing abilities, and able to clearly understand nursing instructions and fill out simple record forms.

• Responsibility and empathy, respecting the privacy and dignity of the elderly and fellow residents, and being patient with different emotions and behavioral expressions.

• No academic qualifications or relevant work experience are required; those with experience in care, cleaning or community support services are particularly welcome, and new entrants are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD$13,000 to $14,000, paid monthly, with salary adjustments based on performance and service years.

• Monthly 4 days off, all day shift,.

• Working location is at No. 323, Tseung Kwan O Road, Yee Shun Building, with convenient transportation, near Tseung Kwan O Station of the MTR and several bus routes.
