R&D Director Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist R&D Director in project planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination.

• Organize R&D meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Manage technical documentation, reports, and version control.

• Support R&D workflow optimization and coordinate with internal teams to drive issue resolution.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

• 2 years’ experience in R&D or project management within the IT industry

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in system development

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with logical thinking and cross-team collaboration ability

• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

• Interest in technology and ability to learn new technology quickly

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua
