Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by supporting lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales documentation.
Participate in customer meetings and calls under supervision to gain hands-on experience in consultative selling techniques.
Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to coordinate promotional efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Recent graduate or undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic computer proficiency with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software tools.
Valid identification and eligibility to work in the country where the position is based.
