Junior R&D Engineer

Core Responsibilities

1. Platform Module Development Support
   • Assist in developing front-end interfaces and back-end logic for modules including Data Dashboard (real-time monitoring/historical analysis), AI Management (device status prediction), and Device Management (remote configuration)
   • Participate in sensor data acquisition module development, implementing Modbus/OPC UA protocol integration
2. Low-Level Driver & Firmware Development
   • Complete peripheral driver debugging (e.g., GPIO, I2C, SPI interfaces) under guidance
   • Support firmware development, implementing basic Bootloader functions and simple OTA update logic
3. System Porting & Testing
   • Execute Linux/RTOS system porting adaptation to different hardware platforms (ARM Cortex-M/A series)
   • Write basic test cases and perform functional & regression testing
4. Performance Optimization Participation
   • Collect system operation data and assist in analyzing memory leaks, abnormal CPU usage, etc.
   • Participate in implementing optimization solutions such as thread priority adjustment and cache strategy refinement
   • Qualifications
     1. Technical Foundations
        • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Electronics/Automation, proficient in C/C++ programming
        • Familiar with embedded system development processes and basic Makefile/GCC usage
        • Experience in Linux environment development, skilled in Shell scripting
     2. Project Experience (Preferred)
        • Participated in embedded projects during coursework/graduation design (e.g., smart car, environmental monitoring system)
        • Knowledge of RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS) or Linux kernel driver development is a plus
        • Experience with development tools like Git/JIRA is preferred
     3. Soft Skills
        • Strong learning capability to solve basic issues through documentation and code review
        • Excellent team collaboration spirit with proactive technical communication
        • Passionate about technology and able to handle periodic high-intensity work
