Senior Captain Department Head

Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging restaurant seats, effectively coordinating guests’ seating process, and ensuring a smooth dining experience

• Personal reception of guests, providing professional and attentive dining services, and improving customer satisfaction

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including ordering, table setting, and service process management

• Those with bar operations experience will be given priority, and if necessary, will need to support bar service work

• Work closely with the team to ensure service quality meets the highest standards

Entry Requirements

• Have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in the food and beverage industry, with those who have experience in high-end restaurants being preferred

• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, polite and civilized behavior, and cheerful personality

• Have excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate front-line service teams and logistics units

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and basic English

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meeting the local work visa requirements
