Job Description

Main responsibilities:

· Independently complete various desserts, pastries and baked goods daily production and delivery

· Responsible for developing new products, improving existing recipes, and enriching the product line

· Strictly enforce food safety and sanitation standards, manage the storage, handling and use of ingredients

· Proficient in the operation and basic maintenance of various kitchen equipment (such as professional ovens, mixers, chocolate tempering machines, etc.)

· Assist in managing inventory, controlling raw material costs, and reducing losses

Education: Secondary school degree or above, those with relevant baking/pastry certificates are preferred

· Experience:

· Must have pastry baking-related work experience

· Familiar with Western-style sweets, French pastries, cookies, cakes, mooncakes or bread making at least one area of expertise

· Skills and knowledge:

· Proficient in the complete process of making desserts from preparation to finished product

· Have a deep understanding of food characteristics, and be able to distinguish and apply food quality

Salary range: $13,000 – $18,000 per month (depending on experience and ability)

Working hours: Work 6 days a week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
