This role is essential for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. You will play a key role in executing our brand strategies and enhancing our customer experience.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>-Team Leadership:</p><p> Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Train new employees and foster a positive work environment.</p><p>-Operational Management:</p><p> Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of supplies.</p><p>-Customer Experience:</p><p> Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.</p><p>-Marketing Initiatives:</p><p> Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.</p><p>-Reporting and Analysis:</p><p> Monitor sales performance and provide insights to management.
