Job Title: Butcher

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cutting, sorting, packaging and displaying meat to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• According to customer demand or order requirements, accurately process different parts of beef, pork, mutton and poultry raw materials

• Daily maintenance of knives, meat grinders, freezers, and other slaughterhouse-related equipment, keeping the work environment clean and orderly

• Support the store's operating rhythm by providing flexible assistance during different shifts in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and adapting to the weekly six-day work schedule

• Collaborate closely with front-line sales colleagues, provide professional advice, and enhance customers’ understanding of meat quality and cooking methods

Requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of actual butchery or meat processing related work experience, familiar with local common meat varieties and processing standards

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin ability, to meet the needs of diverse customers and team collaboration

• Good physical fitness, able to stand for long periods of time and perform operations, and able to handle daily physical labor exceeding 8 hours

• No academic qualifications required, but must have a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and high regard for food safety

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa, or those who need company assistance to obtain work visa qualifications are also welcome to apply

Benefits:

• Monthly salary of HKD$18,000 to $23,000, adjusted based on experience and performance, with paychecks issued on a monthly fixed date
