Accounting

Duties include:

• Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.), and provide basic financial analysis to support management's business decisions.

• Independently complete various tax declarations (including capital gains tax, salary tax related declarations), tax ledger maintenance, invoice compliance management and tax-related audit trails, ensuring full compliance with Hong Kong and Mainland China's relevant tax and accounting regulations.

• Execute regular reconciliation of intercompany accounts (including accounts receivable and payable), bank account balances, cost and expense allocation, and other daily financial settlement work.

• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to complete annual audits, special checks, and other financial due diligence investigations; actively cooperate with other departments on financial-related needs and efficiently complete various financial affairs assigned by the supervisor.

Work requirements

• Have a high diploma or associate degree or above, majoring in accounting, financial management, taxation or related fields.

• Have 1 to 3 years of accounting practical experience, those who have full range of accounting operations and tax declaration experience are preferred.

• Familiar with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), the Enterprise Accounting Standards and local tax regulations, and able to handle multiple business lines of financial accounting and compliance reporting independently.

• Proficient in mainstream financial software (such as Kingdee K3, Yonex, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel data processing and function application), with basic financial data analysis skills.

• Cantonese is the main working language, with good English and Mandarin reading and communication skills; work is meticulous and responsible, with strong cross-departmental coordination skills and high confidentiality awareness.

• Must have a valid work permit in Hong Kong, accepting Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit identity.
