Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

• Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and serve items in a timely fashion

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations

• Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing the service area

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality service is preferred. Training will be provided

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, attentive, and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent service

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
