Marketing Manager (Duty-Free Operations)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing market promotion strategies to ensure effective promotion of company products or services in target markets;

• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs to provide data-driven insights for marketing decisions;

• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share;

• Coordinate internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners to ensure smooth project execution;

• Continuously monitor industry developments, explore new marketing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields; 8+ years of solid experience in the FMCG industry, especially for global business. Tobacco sales or relevant industry experience preferred;

• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across departments and levels;

• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work ethic, capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments;

• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and make informed decisions;

• Proficiency in various marketing tools and software, including but not limited to CRM systems and social media platforms;

• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
