Investor Relations

Duties:

- Responsible for daily communication with existing and potential investors (family offices, FOFs, etc.);

- Write and send monthly/quarterly performance reports and market comments, and compile key information such as fund performance and risk indicators;

- Assist in the preparation of fund-raising materials, such as PPT, investor Q&A, and roadshow support;

- Participate in due diligence process, coordinate legal, compliance, operations and other internal teams to respond together;

- Maintain investor information and communication records, track potential customer progress;

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related fields; those with CFA or CAIA certificates are preferred;

- 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, fund marketing, client services or capital introduction at hedge funds, public funds, investment banks, asset management companies, etc.;

- Familiar with the structure design, performance measurement indicators (such as Alpha, Beta, Sharpe ratio) and investor due diligence process of hedge funds; familiar with quantitative investment strategies such as market neutrality, trend strategy, statistical arbitrage, etc., are preferred;

- Have a valid Hong Kong employment identity (permanent residency or talent);

- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;

- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg, etc.;

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
