We are seeking a sales manager with strategic vision and leadership skills to lead the team in expanding the market, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, building high-performing teams, and maintaining key customer relationships. Core responsibilities
1. Strategic planning and goal management
- Develop annual/qtr sales plans, break down team goals and monitor execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, adjust sales strategies to enhance market share.
2. Team leadership and performance management
- Recruit, train and manage sales teams (such as regional managers, sales representatives), and build an efficient collaborative culture.
- Set personal and team KPIs, and optimize sales performance through data-driven methods.
3. Customer relationship and business development
- Lead large customer negotiations, maintain strategic customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Explore new business opportunities (industry/region/channel), promote revenue diversification.
4. Process optimization and cross-departmental collaboration
- Optimize sales processes, CRM system management, and sales tools to improve team efficiency.
- Work closely with the market, product, and finance departments to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overall goals.
5. Performance analysis and reporting
- Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and improvement plans to management.

Position requirements
Essential conditions
- Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management or related fields.
- More than 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of sales team management experience** (proof of successful goal achievement is required).
- Industry background:
- Familiar with [for example: B2B SaaS/Manufacturing/Fast-moving consumer goods/Medical equipment, etc.] industry sales model.
- **Core Competencies**:
- Excellent team leadership and personnel development skills, able to effectively motivate diverse background teams.
- Proficient in sales methodologies (such as SPIN, solution sales, etc.) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
- Outstanding business negotiation skills and complex customer relationship management ability.
- Data-driven decision-making ability, familiar with Excel/BI tools to analyze sales data.
#### **Priority will be given**
- Fluent English communication skills (if involved in overseas business).
