Job Description

Job Title: Kowloon Station Residential Control Room Officer Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for basic security work in the estate</li><li>Monitor closed-circuit television</li><li>Coordinate parking lot operations</li><li></li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Second 5 or above</li><li>Must hold a valid QAS, security personnel license and safety card</li><li>Able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Able to speak fluent English and Cantonese</li><li>Familiarity with computer operations</li><li>Applicants with at least two years of residential security control room experience will be given priority</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>8 days of annual leave</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Good work performance bonus</li><li>Good promotion opportunities</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul>
