Responsible for the daily production and baking of bread, pastries and other baked goods, ensuring stable product quality and compliance with standards.
Follow the predetermined recipe and process for weighing ingredients, dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking.
Complete all necessary preparations before opening, including ingredient preparation, equipment preheating, and cleaning and sanitation of work areas.
Develop new products in line with festive or seasonal changes, participate in testing and improving existing recipes to enhance flavor and customer satisfaction.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards, regularly inspect raw material storage conditions and equipment operation, and ensure safe operations.
Work requirements
Have at least 2 years of relevant baking experience, those with Hong Kong or European bread-making experience are preferred.
Familiar with common bread types such as toast, dinner rolls, puff pastry, sweet bread, and fermented products.
Those with valid culinary or baking-related certificates are especially welcome, and knowledge of basic food labeling regulations is an added bonus.
Non-local residents are required to hold a valid work visa or an external labor quota arranged by the employment center, and be able to provide past work experience.
