Content

• Responsible for planning and executing market-oriented promotions and content operations on social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the customer service team to respond immediately to inquiries, complaints or opinions raised by users on social platforms, and maintain a professional, friendly and compliant external communication image.

• Coordinate with market activity nodes to plan theme content and interactive planning, promote user participation and sales conversion.

• Responsible for actively contacting potential customers by phone, introducing products or services, understanding their needs and conducting preliminary consultations, and building good customer relationships

• According to the customer list and promotion strategy provided by the company, execute media promotion-related outbound communication tasks

• Accurately record the content of each call, customer feedback and follow-up key points, and update customer information and interaction status in real time in the system

• Timely completion of daily/weekly outbound calling targets and referral indicators, ensuring service quality and business results are achieved

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to clearly express, patiently listen, and flexibly respond to different customer styles

• Have good service awareness and emotional management skills, and be able to maintain a positive attitude and professional image in repetitive communication

• Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems or communication platforms), able to quickly master internal operations tools

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG, Dependents' Visa or other qualified work visa

Benefits:

• Monthly salary range HKD$10,000–$30,000, depending on experience and performance, with a competitive performance bonus
