Responsibilities:
· Responsible to design, implement, and support our cloud and virtual desktop environments
· Manage virtual and storage resources, perform upgrades to OS and layered software packages including VDI components, Windows services, or other enterprise apps
· Maintain and administer all aspects of the company’s Citrix infrastructure
· Manage, monitor and troubleshoot the physical server environment, including firmware and bios updates
· Proven experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of system testing and deployment activities are preferred, including System Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Load / Capacity Testing (LCT), and Roll‑back / Go‑Live (RGB) activities.
· Demonstrated experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions are preferred, including but not limited to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, or other comparable VDI technologies.
· Solid experience in production rollout and migration phases, as well as post‑implementation support and the provision of complete system handover documentation.
· Familiar in supporting enterprise‑level organizations among project team members.
· Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects, including technical administration and implementation of related technologies, among key project team members.
· Experience in planning, executing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among key project team members.
· The change management practices and details.
· VDI Transformation experience on Citrix Virtual Apps / Virtual Desktops, to other VDI technologies.
· Provide after-office hours on-call support for server infrastructure or application failures
Requirements:
· Holders of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant degree
· 3+ years of relevant working experience
· 3+ yrs experience in development of automation workflows/routines using VMware products
· General system and network troubleshooting tools, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, F5, etc.
· Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, subnetting, switching and routing, port configurations)
