Senior Customer Manager

[Job Responsibilities]:

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the intelligent data analysis platform and product matrix (AI+BI) in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, and completing the assigned business objectives;

2. Discover, develop, follow up and maintain target customers, formulate sales strategies and obtain orders;

3. Provide customers with products and solutions, and give PPT presentations and demonstrations;

4. Participate in business negotiations and contract signing, follow up on project implementation service process, and ensure customer success.

[Job Requirements]:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, able to use English, Cantonese and Mandarin for work communication;

2.3 years of software or SaaS tool, ERP, CRM, cloud computing, DMP, artificial intelligence, etc. product sales work experience, those with data analysis or business intelligence BI related software sales experience are more preferred;

3. Have cross-industry customer sales experience in Hong Kong and Macau, such as enterprise services, Internet, artificial intelligence, broad retail, shoes and clothing, catering, etc.;

5. Strong learning ability, goal and result oriented, pursuing long-term value.
