CFO

Job Responsibilities

• Provide global business insights to company management, establish a unified analysis framework and indicator system, identify core trends, key issues, and potential risks.
• Based on the company's strategic goals, lead the decomposition of the first and second stage business objectives, establish a scientific and reasonable budget allocation mechanism, and promote the formation of standardized budget management processes.
• Establish and maintain a regularized system of goal tracking and OKR management, realizing a closed-loop management from business planning to execution.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, integrate multiple information and needs, improve team communication efficiency and information transparency, and support efficient decision-making.

Work requirements

• Have solid financial and business analysis background, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, those who have CFO/Financial Officer experience in Internet or technology companies are preferred.
• Have excellent global vision and strategic thinking, be able to interpret business trends from a macro perspective, and propose forward-looking suggestions.
• Excellent cross-team communication and organizational coordination skills, able to promote consensus and collaboration in complex organizations.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and systems, with the ability to build business health assessment and risk early warning mechanisms through data.
