Accounting Assistant (half-day) (Kowloon)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, including verification of accounts receivable and payable, invoice processing and posting support, etc. basic financial operations

• Execute file scanning, electronic file naming and archiving, paper file classification and retrieval, and document and information management

• Assist in preparing monthly statement-related auxiliary materials, and submit internal administrative documents required by the department on time

• Assist the supervisor to complete other temporary administrative and accounting support tasks to ensure a smooth workflow

Salary: $70/hour, overtime $70/hour

Working hours: 14:00-18:00

Working location: Kowloon Tong

Requirements:

• Understand basic computer word processing operations, familiar with Excel and have basic accounting knowledge

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data input, simple formula calculations, report consolidation, and data classification

• Monday to Friday continuous work schedule

• Relevant work experience is required, no consideration will be given without relevant work experience

• If you have no relevant work experience, you can also have accounting-related academic qualifications

Commodity delivery: Sunday, bank transfer on Monday, and arrival on Tuesday
