Job Description

IT Operations Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for IDC server room server failure and system installation and debugging.

3. Responsible for IDC server room network device failure diagnosis and equipment replacement.

4. Process orders in a timely manner and feedback processing progress to relevant personnel (group leader, order issuer, etc.) as required.

5. According to the requirements, inspect the server room, record temperature and humidity and other environmental data.

8. Daily maintenance data recording and recording according to requirements in electronic documents.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the relevant operations of the IDC data center, with 2 to 3 years of IT operations and network operations experience in the IDC industry preferred.

2. Familiar with IDC server room network architecture, server hardware maintenance and system installation, fault handling, etc. are preferred.

3. Have a certain stress resistance ability, be able to withstand higher work pressure; strong sense of responsibility, full of work enthusiasm; good at communicating, with good team spirit, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

4. Can accept shift work, one shift is 12 hours, and about 16 days a month;
