Main responsibilities
Plan and execute a new media content strategy that meets the characteristics of the financial precious metals industry, covering platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili.
Create and optimize Chinese and English copy, images and short videos, ensuring that the content complies with regulations and highlights industry professionalism.
Monitor social media trends, analyze user interaction data, submit regular effect reports and propose optimization suggestions.
Assist online marketing activities, including online seminars and customer interaction planning.
Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand exposure and customer conversion rates.
Timely respond to fan comments and private messages, maintain brand image and customer relationships.
