Solution Manager (Storage)

Job Summary:
Our client is a well-known telecom company, who is looking for Solution Manager (Storage) to join their product team. This role will be responsible for designing, presenting, and delivering cutting-edge storage solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and develop customized storage solutions.

• Design and propose storage architectures, including SAN, NAS, cloud storage, and hybrid solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase storage solutions.

• Prepare detailed technical proposals, including solution designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Manage relationships with storage vendors and partners to ensure access to the latest technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless solution implementation.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful deployment.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging storage technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in storage solution design, implementation, or presales.

• In-depth knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud-based storage (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage).

• Proven ability to design and present complex storage solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong vendor management skills, with experience working with leading storage providers (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
