Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily production of dining products, ensuring that each dish meets the quality, taste and presentation standards.
Prepare ingredients accurately according to the menu, and execute cutting, cooking and serving operations.
Strictly follow food safety and sanitation management standards to ensure that the operation process meets the regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen work environment and regularly perform cleaning and disinfection tasks.
Assist the chef in completing inventory management, material replenishment, and opening and closing preparation, etc. related matters.

Work requirements

Applicants with basic kitchen work experience will be given priority, and those with no experience but a positive attitude can be trained and hired.
Active and positive work attitude, able to withstand high-pressure environment and adapt to shift work and holiday attendance arrangements.
Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to coordinate and cooperate with the kitchen team.
Prioritization of food safety and personal hygiene, familiar with basic sanitation operation procedures, those who are familiar with personal hygiene are preferred.
Passionate about dining services, willing to learn new dishes and improve cooking skills.
